Alex and Austin are headed back to the Feather River this week to target salmon once again. Our plan was to bounce plugs and drift roe. Fishing has been very tough the past couple of weeks, but you keep working hard and pushing through the tough days to have good days in the future. We covered a lot of water and worked a lot of holes. Didn’t stay in one hole very long. We marked fish in the holes we were fishing in, but just couldn’t get any takers. That's why they call it fishing and not catching. Still early into the season so who knows what the next couple of weeks will have in store for us. But keep working hard and tight lines!
